Additional Required Documents

Letters of recommendation: It is REQUIRED that letters of recommendation include the full contact information of the recommender (name, address, email, phone) and date of issue (must be dated within the last six months from the date of submission). We recommend that professional letters of recommendation be placed on official letterhead.

Document file types must be PDF or JPG and under 3MB. We strongly recommend files under 1MB in size for ease of submission. If you are having trouble submitting this form, send attachments separately to admissions@neighborhoodplayhouse.org and submit without them.

International Applicants Only: please email proof of finances, a copy of your valid passport, and evaluation of academic credentials to admissions@neighborhoodplayhouse.org.

Application and all additional required documents must be submitted for your application to be considered complete. Once a complete application is received and reviewed, then you will be contacted by The Neighborhood Playhouse as to whether an Artistic Review (Interview/Audition) has been granted. Please be prepared with a 1-2 minute contemporary monologue.
