Additional Student Requirements

Document file types must be PDF or JPG and under 3MB. We strongly recommend files under 1MB in size for ease of submission. If you are having trouble submitting this form, send attachments separately to juniors@neighborhoodplayhouse.org and submit without them.

Application, $50 application fee for new students, and all additional required documents must be submitted for your application to be considered complete. If you qualify for an interview, you will be contacted by The Neighborhood Playhouse to set up an appointment. HS Pre-Professional students please prepare a 1 minute contemporary monologue.


Agree to Terms

Application and all materials must be submitted prior to your interview. If accepted into the program you will receive an email stating so within 5-7 business days of your interview. You will also be sent a medical/photo release form, enrollment/handbook agreement, and other necessary forms to complete admission. These must be filled out, signed and returned to the school by the deadlines with $100 in USD (check, money order, credit card, or wire transfer) to secure your child’s space in the program. These forms also ensure that your child is able to fully participate in the physical activities necessary in most of the classes.
